Apparently some had never checked/changed the switch position.
Updated with more info including notes on possible reversed switches and reports of no difference in either switch setting. ( The macOS 10.13 High Sierra upgrade requires a Mac EFI rom card in the Mac Pro.

A personal 'irrational' dislike! Free paint app for mac. You have given the correct instruction as to how one can add color in paintbrush. However, I feel I have not experimented fully yet with this that it does not allow one to draw straight lines shiftdrag. I have used Microsoft's Paint to draw diagrams to scale.
